Can I create a recurring reservation/book multiple sessions?
Yes, you can book multiple time slots easily within the booking calendar. Select your first time slot, then click the green “Add to Booking” button to continue adding additional time slots. See photo example.
Is there a discount for bulk orders or recurring rentals?
We offer a flat rate per hour regardless of how much time is booked. In order to keep our prices low, we do not offer any bulk discounts.
How do I rent Mango Studio?
Renting Mango Studio is a straightforward process. Start by browsing the available times. Once you’ve chosen the rental period that matches your needs, enter your information and payment. You will be sent an email with detailed instructions for accessing the studio. We strive to make it as effortless and easy as possible.
Is it possible to extend my Rental Period?
Yes, if you need to extend your rental period and no one has booked the space after you, simply go online and book the time slot that you wish to add. If the time has already passed, and you are sure no one has already booked that time slot, and it is not showing up on the widget any longer because the time has passed, please use this link to pay for the extension:

Is it possible to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Unfortunately, there are no cancellations, rescheduling, changes or refunds because time slots are usually in high demand and other people would have filled them. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding!
How large is the Studio?
112 Bishop Allen Dr. is 500 sqft
620 Massachusetts Ave. is 600 sqft
What is needed to book a reservation?
All rentals must be made using a valid credit card or debit card. Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are also accepted.
How will I access the Studio?
You will be given instructions in the confirmation email of your booking.
Is there a bathroom in the Studio?
Yes, there is a bathroom located inside the studio.
Does the Studio have Speakers for music?
Yes, there are large music speakers that can be connected to your phone via bluetooth.
Does the Studio have heating and cooling?
Yes, the studio has central heating which is always on during the winter, and central cooling which is always on during the summer.
Can I see the space in-person before renting?
Unfortunately we cannot offer walk-throughs. If you are interested to see if the space is suitable for your needs, you may reserve the space for the minimum duration (1 hour) and use this time to assess.
What is the floor like?

How much seating is in the studio?
Each studio has seating capacity for 25 individuals (combination of chairs and benches). You may bring additional chairs if needed.
Are there tables in the studio?
Each Studio is equiped with two 3×6 ft. white folding tables.
Can I host a party in the Studio?
Yes, parties (i.e. birthdays, celebrations) are permitted in the 112 Bishop Allen location.
Parties are NOT permitted at the 620 Massachusettes Ave location.
Is Alcohol permitted in the studio?
No, under no circumstances is Alcohol, Marijuana or any recreational drug use permitted in the studio.
Can I store my equipment in the Studio?
At this time, we do not have a storage option, but we are working on it and will notify everyone once this becomes available. Please send us an message if you would like to be notified and placed on the waitlist.
Can I rent at the half-hour mark (i.e. 4:30pm)?
In order to ensure full space capacity, we have limited reservations to be in 1-hour blocks at the top of each hour.
Is there WiFi?
Yes, each studio has Wifi access.
