How do I rent Mango Studio?
Renting Mango Studio is a straightforward process. Start by browsing the available times. Once you’ve chosen the rental period that matches your needs, enter your information and payment. You will be sent an email with detailed instructions for accessing the studio. We strive to make it as effortless and easy as possible.
What times am I allowed to occupy the Space?
Mango Studio – Mass Ave is available for rental from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM weekdays and 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on weekends. See our other location at Bishop Allen Dr. for other expanded times.
Is it possible to extend my Rental Period?
Yes, if you need to extend your rental period and no one has booked the space after you, simply go online and book the time slot that you wish to add.
Is it possible to cancel or reschedule my booking?
Unfortunately, there are no cancellations, rescheduling, changes or refunds because time slots are usually in high demand and other people would have filled them. No exceptions. Thank you for understanding!
What is needed to book a reservation?
All rentals must be made using a valid credit card or debit card. Apple Pay and Samsung Pay are also accepted.
How will I access the Studio?
You will be given instructions in the confirmation email of your booking.
How large is the Studio?
Mango Studio – Mass Ave. is 600 square feet.
Is there a bathroom in the Studio?
Yes, there is a bathroom located inside the studio.
Does the Studio have Speakers for music?
Yes, there are large music speakers that can be connected to your phone via bluetooth.
Does the Studio have heating and cooling?
Yes, the studio has central heating which is always on during the winter, and central cooling which is always on during the summer.
Can I see the space in-person before renting?
As Mango Studio operates on a self-service model in order to keep costs low, unfortunatey we cannot offer walk-throughs. If you are interested to see if the space is suitable for your needs, you may need to reserve the space for the minimum duration (60 minutes) and use this time to assess.
Can I create a recurring reservation?
Yes, you can now book multiple time slots easily with our new booking calendar!
